Cancellations

99.99 percent of people, don't have to read this “policy”
As a courtesy to fellow customers and us, please be respectful by making reservations you intend to keep, by giving us at least two weeks notice for cancellations, and by letting us know in advance when decide to leave early or come home early from your trip.
Our “policy” is really a matter of trust, honour and respect. We trust when you make a reservation, you really want your furry little friend to visit us - that you and we will honour your reservation. We also understand that life takes sudden turns, making it impossible to get away – for family emergencies, illness, or a workplace cancelling your holidays there is no charge.
However, for 0.01 percent of people who need a policy
It's pretty simple, be respectful to us and other families and save money. In certain cases a cancellation fee. For example:
- If you you come home early from your vacation – eg. Friday instead of Sunday – with no notice, you will be invoiced for time booked rather than time used.
- If you book the month of August, and two days prior, you cancel, you will be invoiced for two weeks.
We'd rather have another guest stay with us than charge you for nights you don't use. We're pretty sure you'd like that too.
