Should your dog require medical attention while you are away, who would you trust to make an important veterinary treatment decision? THIS INDIVIDUAL IS NOT YOUR VETERINARIAN. THE INDIVIDUAL IS THE PERSON YOU TRUST TO DISCUSS YOUR PET WITH YOUR VETERINARIAN - THEY WILL MAKE TREATMENT DECISIONS AND AUTHORIZE VETERINARY BILL PAYMENTS ON YOUR BEHALF. THIS IS ALSO NOT YOUR SPOUSE OR PARTNER. YOU ARE LIKELY TRAVELING TOGETHER. IF WE CANNOT REACH YOU, WE LIKELY CANNOT REACH THEM.

We offer convenient and environmentally friendly pick-up and delivery service into Regina every day between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. (slightly later in White City/Emerald Park). When you reserve this service, the evening before your dog's visit, we'll call you with exact time of arrival at your home, then show up the next morning and take your puppy away for his/her holiday. When you return, you must give us a call so we know you are home, then your puppy returns the next morning. Because the van can hold only so many dogs at one time, transportation space is limited. It is wise to book early particularly before long-weekend stays.
If you have selected a pick-up and have a time preference, please indicate the latest time - e.g. before 8:00 p.m.
If you have selected delivery, please indicate your preference for delivery time. All transportation occurs between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m.
We are open 10:00 a.m., closing 8:00 p.m. daily except Saturdays 6:00 p.m. and stat holidays at noon. If you are not using delivery service, what time of day do you expect to pick your dog up?

Please send us Vaccination Documents

We require vaccination documents to verify expiry dates for Parvovirus, Distemper and Rabies. Bordatella is optional.

Vaccinations must be current - or not overdue by a maximum of one month - with none given within the two weeks prior to boarding. For example: vaccination is due July 1st, we will accept your dog for boarding during July, but not for August; or vaccination is given July 1st, we will NOT accept your dog until July 15th.

Being on a regular veterinarian-recommended parasite (flea/tick/worms) prevention program is strongly recommended and ideally applied at least 48 hours prior to boarding. This way your dog won't bring parasites to us - and if another dog unknowingly has parasites, your dog is protected.

Prior to your boarding dates, please send your dog's vaccination documents to klanekennels@gmail.com.

If your family has more than one dog, please REGISTER EACH additional DOG separately. we need a complete profile on each of our guests.

We will contact you to confirm this YOUR reservation

We will also call you the night before your dog's visit to finalize the arrival time. If you have questions or scheduling changes, feel free to contact us.
